I bought about 3,4 years ago, for my sons,  this set directly from Japan and now it is a rare item

It is a very nice motorized set with Thomas the tank from Tomy (trackmasters serie)

0 New Tomica plarail advance train

Just released in Japan these new Shinkansen train in new plarail advance (n ncale) format.

They are the nice E4 MAX in classic white/blu and yellow color and the E2 and E3 train.

I added also some pics of other plarail advance set that i own.

Here is the Tom plarail material just arrived some weeks ago. They are the:

- Eleved plarail circuit with big iron bridge,
- the big D51 train with track inside
- train super hakucho

I already have the big N700 station that can be combined with the D51 old style train.

0 Tomica Plarail Advance E5 Shinkasen circuit

Here is a fresh Japanease release by Tomy about new plarail advance serie. This is the set of E5 Shinkansen connect & double track point rail set. In my opinion the real E5 in one of the most beatiful train in the world.

The new "advance" series is really well done and amazing. They doesn' t seem plastic toys train but true models from Tomix trains serie (serious rails hobby). Soon new shinkansen will be released and i cant wait .

0 Tomica Plarail Motorist; Let's go Shinkansen

It is a cool news about Tomica Plarail world. It is the videogames from Tomy!!!! The perfect christmas present for a plarail fan. Now you can drive all Tomica plarail shinkansen on his little lcd screen and use the brake and accelerator levers like the real trains and use light on dark tunnel.

Of course with an a/v cable you can play on a normal TV. Every region of Japan has his own dedicate shinkansen trains like the real world.

The plastic case of videogames comes in E5 shinkansen colors. So diamont green, red stripe and white.

A lot of pics of real train you can be also watched if you complete the runs. With the main game a lots of minigames are attached. My childrens love this gadget. It's sold-out in Japan

During holiday, some days ago i bought this new Tomica plarail set.

The european box are not good like japanease set. Wrong colors and pics on box.

With the tomy 300 RC set has arrived also this race circuit by Tomica. This set can be used with big tower set for a super circuit.

The car are pushed forward fast when they pass in the tower of launch.

0 Tomy Plarail shinkansen 300 with remote control

Here is a new tomy plarail set (comes from an old stock) with shinkansen 300 series with dedicate radio control  box in 27mhz.

So you can control the speed of train and you can select also the direction (forward/reverse). The front light can be switched on/off via radio.

I think it ha been released in the '90 and only in Japan.

0 New Tomy plarail advance

In the last months of last year Tomy has released in Japan a great new about his historical serie PLARAIL trains. With new serie called Plarail Advance, the size of trains has been reduced. If before the classic plarail plastic train was a bit deformed and in HO scale, NOW, with new advance serie they are in N scale and well proportionate.

But the really miracle is that you can use the classic blue tomy plarail railroad and in every single railroad can run TWO trains "advance". Incredible. However not all the railroad are compatible with this new serie.

Here below you can see the "most beatiful train of the world" the Shinkansen 500 and the 923-3000 Dr yellow in advance scale. There is also and E4 in classic tomy plarail scale so you can see the difference of size.
